  • No, we manage all of our own projects from start to finish. Each project we do will be available for purchase upon its completion. For very select clients, we may make some of the projects available to purchase prior to completion and going on the open market. Reach out if you have any questions about same.

  • Given the detail orientation and complexity of some of our builds, they can take anywhere from 12 to 18 months to complete.

  • As we only build for ourselves, our focus on the final product is paramount as we are building each property like it is going to be our personal home.
